We accept returns and will happily exchange, credit or refund your items if they are unused and in the same condition that you received it, with your proof of purchase*excluding mixed paints. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it for a refund and 30 days for an exchange or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition at time of purchase in the original packaging, unopened/sealed. You can exchange for something more suitable or receive a credit to your account. Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase and be within the 30day return period.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then assess the item and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Mixed colours must be sprayed out to ensure a correct colour match before spraying onto vehicle. Western Auto Paints will take no responsibility if colour is incorrect after vehicle has been painted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions on how to return your item to us.
*Faulty- we will happily refund all faulty items that are outside our 7day refund period once they have passed assessment by our returns team.
