Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Mix and match colours, including creating formulations.
- Mixing paint for customers.
- Promote our products and maintain our high level of customer service standards
- Spraying samples to ensure accuracy.
- Updating formulas into colour retrieval system.
- Maintain a safe and clean paint mixing room and tools.
- Listen attentively to customer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sale.
- General warehouse cleaning and housekeeping.
- Pick, pack and fulfill all outgoing orders.
- Liaise with team members to ensure accuracy of orders, packing slips, invoices and courier labels.
- Answers phone inquiries as required
- Contribute to our social media content and stories as required.
- Manage and maintain accuracy of stock inventory and stock counts
Qualifications & Experience
- Have vast knowledge and experience of automotive colour matching, preferably with automotive paint application knowledge.
- Able to follow processes and procedures every time.
- Strong attention to detail while being a quick and adaptable learner.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn promptly the sales process and internal software used.
- Methodical and well organised with a focus and dedication to achieve positive results to contribute to long term business success
- This position requires the ability to create colour formulations from scratch, Including three layer pearls. A thorough understanding of automotive tinters is required.
- These formulas need to be mixed, sprayed and checked to ensure accuracy to the target colour.
- The use and maintenance of spray guns is required.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move stock in a safe manner (This job will include some picking and packing of heavy products)
- Ability to work unsupervised and also in a team environment

- Previously worked in a wholesale or warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in customer service
