Sales Representatives, identify leads, educate prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations and provide existing customers with exceptional support.
Full-Time Position (38hours Monday-Friday)
Based in Sydney. Travel is required.
Qualifications & experience
- Must be a qualified spray painter with sound knowledge of the Automotive Industry
- Previous experience in Customer Service and ability to maintain a high standard.
- Able to maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Methodical and well organized with a focus and dedication to achieve positive results to contribute to long term business success
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Motivated and driven with a strong work ethic
- Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn promptly the sales process and internal software used.
- Drivers Licence is essential as travel will be required
- Must be able to follow procedures and directions correctly
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and move stock in a safe manner
- Ability to work unsupervised
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Promote our products and maintain our high level of customer service standards
- Listen attentively to customer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sales.
- Testing and conducting product research when required
- Educating prospects and potential leads
- Liaise with team members to ensure accuracy of orders, packing slips, invoices.
- Traveling to new and potential customers' shops
- Product deliveries when required.
- Ensure that ALL new system installations meet requirements.
- Maintain close communication with ALL clients and advise to ensure service requirements are met and/or exceeded.
Preferred but not essential.
- Experience working towards sales, budgets, and KPIs
- Clean driving record.
- Experience in the Automotive Industry with a sound understanding of cars specifically with Automotive paint and/or parts and sales.
