Electric blue is a deep, dazzling blue that shimmers under direct light, thanks to brilliant glass pearl technology. Glass pearls are an excellent alternative to Xirallic pearls that offer a larger looking pearl effect, whilst also being more economical.
We recommend applying Electric Blue over a dark grey or black base for best effect and coverage. This is a normal Clear over base colour.
